Teaching

I teach survival analysis and logistic regression at the Institute for Advanced Analytics (IAA) on NC State’s Centennial Campus.1 Although those two subjects are my primary focus at IAA, I also teach or have taught courses on R programming, linear algebra, and intro stats (e.g., exploratory data analysis, hypothesis testing, linear regression, ANOVA, etc.), and I try to help with the statistics content for other classes where I can, such as:

  • Models for longitudinal and count data
  • Simulation & risk analysis
  • Design of experiments
  • Clustering & classification

I have also served as a TA for the following courses in the NC State Department of Statistics:

  • Statistics for Management & Social Sciences
  • Introduction to Regression Analysis
  • Statistical Inference & Regression
  • Economics & Business Statistics
  • Introduction to Statistics

  1. I actually teach from my own notes and stuff, not from Wikipedia. In case you were wondering.↩︎
